By putting your application in you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of a stall site at the Hunterville Huntaway Festival regardless of being a repeat stall holder or not:


Stall site is 3mx3m if you require more than one site your stall price will reflect this. There is a bit of room to move its not jam packed.
Set up from 8am onwards on YOUR ALLOCATED SITE. 
Pack down time is between 4pm and 4.30pm.
Stall sites are 3m x3m if you require more than this please let us know otherwise you will only be allocated 3m x3m.
No refunds will be given for no shows or anyone that pulls out of a stall site from 15th October - some circumstances will be considered.
Stall placement is at the organisers discretion.

(Please note: If you are a Non Profit Organisation or Local not for profit Community Group, the Stall Price is not applicable).
